Aims and Scope (from publisher): Vojnosanitetski Pregled (shortened title Vojnosanit Pregl) is the official journal of physicians, dentists and pharmacists of the Serbian Army which publishes papers from all fields of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy. Publisher of the Journal is the Military Health Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia.

The first issue of Vojnosanitetski Pregled appeared in September 1944. The Journal continued the tradition of Vojnosanitetski Glasnik , which had been published from 1930 to 1941.

Vojnosanitetski Pregled publishes original papers, short communications, reviews/meta-analyses, case reports, medical history articles, personal views, invited comments, letters to the editor, reports from scientific meetings, book reviews that have not been published previously. Vojnosanitetski Pregled is an Open Access Journal.
