Except for the intellectual properties owned by third parties, such as publishers; SafetyLit expressly reserves all rights, titles, and interests in and to all copyrights, trade names, logos, patents and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in and to the Site, including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets"; the overall "look and feel", processes, software, technology, and other materials which appear on this Site; and the business processes used to market products and services. You, as a SafetyLit user, agree that your rights are limited to those granted herein, and you will not acquire any rights except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

Our agreements with journal publishers do not allow us to provide reprints of any material under copyright.

YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. However, permission is granted for the non-commercial use of material received via SafetyLit RSS feeds provided that 1) the publisher and copyright statements are retained; and 2) SafetyLit is credited as the source.

If you believe any materials accessible on or from the Site infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access thereto) from this web site by contacting SafetyLit (see information below) and providing the following information:
