Aims and Scope (from publisher):
Ankara City Hospital (ACH) Medical Journal is a scientific, peer-reviewed open access publication by Ankara City Hospital. The journal is published in both Turkish and English four times a year: March,June, September and December.
The journal aims to publish clinical and experimental studies in all branches of medicine. Invited collections including the latest research findings, letters to the editor and case reports are included in the journal.
The target audience of the journal consists of experts, academics, and medical personnels in every branch of medicine.
Since it is a referee-reviewed journal, the articles must be reviewed using the double-blind method. ACH Medical Journal is indexed in Our editors and members of the editorial board are recognized in the international arena. They have the highest standards in terms of referee evaluations and provide feedback immediately. ACH Medical Journal’s evaluation and publishing processes are carried out using ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors icmje_17.pdf), COPE (Committee of Publication Ethics), EASE (European Association of Science Editors) and WAME guides. (World Association of Medical Editors). ACH Medical Journal is also compatible with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (doaj.org/bestpractice).
Processing and publishing are completely free of charge. All manuscripts must be submitted through the online application system at www.achmedicaljournal.com. Journal guidelines, technical information and necessary forms are available on the journal’s web page. If the articles are already published or evaluated for publishing according to the publishing guidelines, they do not require evaluation. Only articles submitted online through our website (http://www.achmedicaljournal.com) and which contain a properly completed copyright transfer form will be considered for publication.
