Aims and Scope (from publisher): A Revista Thesis Juris é um periódico científico semestral da comunidade jurídica, com chamada permanente, disponível online, apoiado pela Universidade Nove de Julho - UNINOVE, que tem por escopo a difusão de pesquisas sobre temas livres e atuais da área do direito e afins, priorizando as contribuições acadêmicas direcionadas para a análise crítica dos novos fenômenos jurídicos.

A Revista Thesis Juris tem como público-alvo a comunidade acadêmica e científica, sobretudo pesquisadores do direito, e será composto por artigos científicos, pareceres, comentários de jurisprudência e resenhas críticas. Poderá publicar artigos e autores convidados que também serão submetidos ao processo de avaliação. Poderá publicar uma seção com uma temática especial, a qual será previamente divulgada em edital.
