Aims and Scope (from publisher): Turkish Journal of Plastic Surgery (Turk J Plast Surg) is the official, international, open access, independently double blind peer reviewed, scholarly publication organ of the Turkish Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Turkish Society of Aesthetic Surgery, and Interplast-Turkey. The journal is published quarterly on March, June, September and December.

Turkish Journal of Plastic Surgery publishes clinical and experimental research articles, case reports, review articles, technical notes and letters to the editor prepared in accordance with ethical guidelines in all disciplines of health sciences. The journal also presents the latest surgical procedures with audit and outcome studies of new and established techniques in plastic surgery including cranio-maxillofacial surgery, orthognathic surgery, microsurgery, hand surgery, trauma surgery, surgery of the congenital anomalies (cleft lip and palate etc), burns, oncologic surgery, breast surgery, and aesthetic surgery.
