Aims and Scope (from publisher): The ‘Geriatrics, Gerontology and Aging’ journal is the quarterly scientific publication of the Brazilian Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology (ISSN 2447-2115 (Print) • ISSN 2447-2123 (Online)) with circulation since 2007. It aims to publish scientific articles, including editorials, original articles, review articles, case reports, brief communications, letters to the editor and other related matters and studies of technical interest in the areas of human aging, geriatrics and gerontology. It is indexed in the database LATINDEX.

The mission of Geriatrics, Gerontology and Aging is to publish technical and scientific quality articles that contribute, directly or indirectly, to promote knowledge in the area of human aging and to improve the practice of geriatrics and gerontology.
