Aims and Scope (from publisher): The Association for Criminal Law and Criminology of Macedonia is the official publisher of the Macedonian journal for Criminal Law and Criminology. The aim and the objectives of the MJCLC are to raise the expert’s and general public awareness on issues from the area of criminal justice and educate the public on their rights and liberties. It is the only specialized journal in Republic of Macedonia, which is dedicated on strengthening the rule of law in Republic of Macedonia and raise public awareness through engaging public debates and scientific discussion. Our major achievement was to raise the expert’s public awareness and induce legislative changes in the Law on Criminal Procedure, by publishing our project findings on the same topic.
