In the above article, the following sentence had a correction pertaining to numbers stated under the section: Discussion. The online version has been updated to reflect the correct information. The changes did not lead to substantive changes in the overall findings.

Original Sentence: The proportion being classified as below average risk (belonging to the two lowest risk levels) was 26.6% (n = 232), with an almost equal proportion (26%, n = 229) belonging to the two highest risk levels.

Revised Sentence: The proportion being classified as below average risk (belonging to the two lowest risk levels) was 26.9% (n = 231), with an almost equal proportion (26.1%, n = 224) belonging to the two highest risk levels.
