In the above article, the following sentence (p. 259) has a correction. Self-defense and retaliation should not be included in the list of examples.

Original Sentence: In particular, there are several attributions endorsed by female perpetrators that male victims do not make for their partners' IPV (e.g., anger, an inability to express themselves verbally, self-defense, retaliation, stress, and losing control).
