Abstract |
To the Editor In their article,1 Monuteaux et al propose that “6% to 32% of deaths [of US youths] were estimated to be preventable depending on the probability of motivating safer storage”1 of firearms. Certainly, keeping all firearms in the home locked is a step in the right direction. But in 2018, a 13-year-old boy shot a classmate and a teacher with a gun that had been locked in a basement safe, saying afterwards, “if I could, I would take it back” ... Language: en |
