Abstract

An 80-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with acute behavioural changes. She experienced emotional liability, urinary incontinence, copracrasia, tremors, confusion, slowness of movement and difficulty in problem solving. Her previous medical history was mild hypertension and dementia. Her vital signs were unremarkable.
