Abstract

I write in response to the letter concerning bullying (November21). Without knowing the full story, my comments may be way off the mark, but this letter should never have had to be written. It is an example of why whistle blowing will never work properly. How is it that some nurses can be so insensitive to the needs of their work colleagues? Working over theallotted time will always happen from time to time, but should never be a regular occurrence. Do these nurses' care' for their patients and their families in the same way?
