Abstract

The method of henosorption and hemodialysis was used in 50 patients with acute intoxication. A total of 44 hemosorption and 40 hemodialysis procedures were carried out in the toxicogenous and somatogenous stage of acute intoxication.

RESULTS indicate high efficacy of using extracorporal detoxication in the toxicogenous stage of acute poisoning. The method of treatment of acute chemical intoxications is described.
