Abstract

A statement by the George J. Tenet, the director of central intelligence, is discussed. The topics of statement includes Al Qaeda's 'expectatation', toward mass-murder weapons and watching of the No-Law Zones. The biological threats, the missile problem, missile proliferators and help from the muslin world are also elaborated.
