Abstract

Some of the significant that can be used by graduate school students, to survive, helping with advisor relations, finding motivation, and finding balance in life. Graduate school students need to learn these skills, to avoid stress and deal with low motivation, lack of sleep, and little pay. These students suffer from poor health conditions, due to stress, low motivation, and lack of sleep. The 2004 Berkley Graduate Student Mental Health Survey indicates that most of the graduate students suffer from emotional, or stress-related problems.
