Abstract

In comparison with literature are reported about an own material of 68 forensic expert witness juvenils (no female case) of which had sexually abused children, from the years 1959-1982 of Thuringia. Mental retardation and light oligophrenia were dominating with 44 cases, 24 were combined with emotional retardation, 17 with disorders of development of personality; 17 with normal mental development exhibited psychic retardation [8] or undesirable development. Looking at altogether mental and psychic retardation and undesirable development later combined in the majority with inhibition (20 cases) came to the fore. Striking was the high familiar loading with psychiatric disorders, 36 cases, mental disabilities were dominating [18]; 13 were accused at the same time with an other sexual crime. 11 offenders used force; at least 37 commited repeated abuse. Seasonal summer was prefered, 38 cases. - The 15 offenders of gangs were more frequently deprived and exhibited more often disorders of social adaptation than the others. - Less frequently as in adult offenders the victims were known or kindred. 30 of the juvenil offenders were found to be guilty. Only in 3 of the 5 homosexual offenders there were clues of a deviant development for abusing boys. - In the great majority the sexual abuse by juvenils is only an episode of the sexual development. Only sporadic in cause of disorders of communication adult debiles exhibit later abuse of child in sense of replacement of a adult woman. With regard to possible sexual motivated violent delinquency should be looked out sadic traits of personality or in the course of the crime. Specially homosexual juvenils with abuse of children seem to have a disposition for later severe violent delinquency.
