Abstract

Summary
Relations between Klinefelter syndrome and agressive behaviour are attentively observed in legal psychiatry, and forensic reports demonstrate that potential dangerousness could be higher than for the whole population. This cytogenetic abnormality is usually associated with a risk of criminological dangerousness. In this case report about a Klinefelter syndrome, we present the psychiatric dimension of the dangerousness, underlain by a comorbid association of schizophrenia and antisocial behavior. This severe assaultive violence required an admission to our high security psychiatric department.
