Abstract

Some one has told the story of a man who was asked by a stranger in his community, "How do you find people to be in your city?" The stranger in turn was asked. "And how do you find people to be in the city from which you came?" He answered, "The people in the city from which I came are mean, vile and unfriendly. The townsman replied, "That, dear sir, is the way you will find them to be in our community." Shortly, another stranger came by and asked the same question. When asked how he found people to be in his home town, he answered, "I find them to be kind and good and friendly." Once more the reply, "That, dear sir, is the way you will find them to be in our community." How will it be with the new baby who comes to grow up in . . .
