Abstract

This article describes a promising new anti-icing and deicing product -- ICEBAN (tm) -- that according to its producers, Ice Ban American, Inc., is all natural, biodegradable, environmentally-friendly, corrosive-inhibiting, cost-effective and does the job better than other products on the market. This new product is the concentrated liquid residue remaining after the processing of such agricultural products as corn, barley, cane or sugar beets, and milk. It is nontoxic and currently used regularly in animal feed additives.
