Abstract

It had been established that labor damage are: labor injuries, professional diseases and others diseases related with labor conditions. All of them are referred to as diseases or damages suffered as a consequence of a labor relations. It is implied that the damage occurs in the place or during a labor scheduled time with a causal direct relation. There is a trend in the Spanish labor legislation, which is controversial in labor medicine, because it includes a Law for the Prevention of Labor Risks that consider also chronic diseases as a nontraumatic cause of labor risk to conditioned damage during the labor journey.
