Abstract

How to make the expertise CHSCT (Committee for hygiene, safety and work conditions) a tool of the development of both the very professional's as well as groups of labor's activity concerned by the expertise? From these two questions and following the course of an expertise carried out on behalf of a CHSCT, further to a multinational employee's suicide, are explored some specific questions to the constrained frame of the expertise assignment. Looking for making the expertise report as all the moments 'on the field', possibilities of potential development, leads to ask oneself about the expertise as an intervention of a particular type.
