Abstract

This article is based on clinical psychopathological research regarding female sexual offenders. Based on the analysis of of 35 cases of incarcerated women convicted of sexual offenses, and a clinical research interview with 13 of them, we challenged the emergence of violent and sexual acts, the modes of entry into criminality and of modus operandi of their acting out throughout life's events. The results identified four clinical configurations of the authors of sexual violence and identify the characteristics of life events for each, the emergence mode, the modus operandi of the sexual act violent.
