Abstract

The topicality of delinquency which gets itself noticed by an often violent attack against the other, someone of one's own kind, not to say by an immediate destructive outburst, goes back to the archaism which sends back to the subject's subjective existence. Judicial approaches offer different forms of social rehabilitation and prevention, too often centered on the act of delinquency which disrupts and not on its restructuring potentiality with, as a consequence, the isolation of problem teenagers, repeating inside the walls of a prison a stigmatisation of the troubles makers. We consider that we do not just have to refuse the violence but that we have to develop spaces of changes that can produce symbolization and put back these young people in a network of intersubjectivity, in a community where they can have exchanges that allow to turn themselves towards a space of opportunities.
