Abstract

The following is a brief summary of the main implications of the Foca indictment of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. This case is mentioned in the interviews with McDonald and Viseur-Sellers. It is of central relevance to the concept of justice in relation to women's issues.
