Abstract

The medical-and-social as well as demographic problems of small peoples in the North-East are related with the presence of negative man-caused influences in the territory of the traditional nature management by the aboriginal population. The demographic processes among the aboriginal residents are characterized by negative indices in all age and social population groups. The epidemic of tuberculosis, as well as a high level of alcohol-addiction and of suicide are described.
