Abstract

This work is based on observation of suicide attempt by fire about a case of paranoid schizophrenia. The analysis of the accident circumstances show us that the risk was real. The results of this are severe in human, social economical levels and in psychiatric treatment. Il let us assert that prevention of suicide act is very important in paranoid schizophrenia delusion
