Abstract

Human being has a right to enjoy form his body and organs but to what extend he or she can enjoy from it and the domain of domination depend on how we define the relationship between men and his body. Some jurisprudence believes that men have ownership right to his body. In the contrary, others believe that human beings haven't such right so they can't apply any possession they what to their body. This article study this two approaches and evidences that partisan of this two approaches represent and following to that study the issue of causing harm to the organs of body in legal and jurisprudential view
