Abstract

The dominant issue of today's society is the promotion of the health of individuals (physical, mental, social) in order to ensure an elementary quality of life, which is necessary for the fulfillment of human existence. In cases where this is not achieved, human life is put at risk. In such a context, any suicidal tendencies or attempts, expressed or not, realized or not, are manifestations of people who are in a vulnerable situation, without the mental resilience necessary for (healthy) functioning, who need immediate help/support. Either at the level of prevention or at the level of treatment, suicide is a major psychosocial problem that needs the necessary attention and care (state/political, social, family, personal).
