Abstract

This study aims to estimate Vitamin D in special tactical regiment (S.T.R.) and soldiers of Iraqi counter terrorism. The study samples total number 90 sample their age ranged from (18 to 35) years divided to three groups, group (1) in which (30) samples of healthy subjects as control, group (2) in which (30) samples from the police college students and group (3) in which (30) samples of special tactical regiment (S.T.R.) and soldiers of Iraqi counter terrorism excluded from them smokers. Vitamin D concentration serum samples were evaluated. The findings of this study demonstrated that Vitamin D decreased in serum of samples of the police college students and serum of special tactical regiment (S.T.R.) and soldiers of Iraqi counter terrorism when compare with group (1). © 2020, Connect Journal.
