Abstract

This text reproduces the testimony made by C. Dejours on May 10, 2019 as a witness summoned by the civil parties during the trial of France Telecom Orange. It offers a summarizedtake on suicide in the workplace and focuses on three points: the etiological analysis of suicide in the workplace; clinical forms of suicide at work; the links between etiological analysis and imputability of responsibility. © Martin Média.
