Abstract

This article deals with the analysis of the Constitutional Court order No. 207 of 2018, in which the judge establishes that the assisted suicide has to be intended as a constitutionally granted right of individuals. In this considering, the Court stresses the attention on the law of the end-of-life options, recognizing as aconstitutional freedom that to opt for the interruption of life-sustaining treatments. © 2019, Tipolito Subalpina.
