Abstract

The paper analyses the order No. 207/2018 issued by the Italian Constitutional Court, which affirms the right of self-determination to die with dignity and promotes the protection of human dignity in critical cases, unimaginable when the art. 580 c.p. was introduced and characterised by the extreme vulnerability of people in terminal phase of life. © 2019, Tipolito Subalpina.
