Abstract

Models obtained at the population level evaluate the impact of socio-economic, medical and demographic factors on the dynamics of the main indicators (prevalence, incidence, level of suicides) of mental health among the Russian population in the period 1992-2014. The article provides a qualitative interpretation of the dynamics of indicators of mental health among the Russian population. The models developed can be used for the planning of health and social programmes in the field of mental health. © 2017 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.
