Abstract

This paper recounts two interventions in a workspace during a crisis and argues for the necessity of planning and carrying out collective solutions. The principles of an intervention always stay the same, but each approach is unique, unpredictable and creates a new situation we cannot measure; the obstacles and the outcome of which we cannot anticipate. In each case, the approach aims at giving a voice to those who lost it; it proposes to put to movement, to produce a dynamic, to give life to issues raised by the workers, to rebuild common sense and to struggle for making collective action possible. © Martin Média.
