Abstract

The paper considers some issues of criminal aggression's definition and typology. The author believes that in some cases autoaggression of a person and violence aimed at one's own self result in damage to the third party and can become means of committing a crime. The following forms of autoaggression activities are considered: provoking suicide through one's own suicidal actions; committing militaristic actions connected with suicide; suicide in a socially dangerous way; euthanasia; actions of various self-mutilations that result in damage to the third party.
