Abstract

Jordan poetry has many rich functional elements that make it a creative environment, therefore this study deals with homo suicidal poetry which supplies the Jordan poetry with flush meanings. This study has three committed suicide poets (Tayseer Sbool, Abed Alfattah Al-Kawamleh, and Salameh Shatanawi) to present their rhetoric poems with logical and material tools and its deep structure that lies beyond their poetry experience. This study doesn't deal with the homicide's causes as legal or illegal but as Simmental and obvious social phenomenon by referring to the suicide's (victims) poetry productions. © 2009 DAR Publishers/University of Jordan.
