Abstract

Psychological autopsy allows for the assessment of the psychological circumstances surrounding a suspicious death. Most widely used in studies of suicide, this process focuses on its circumstances and its risk factors. Considered as a prevention tool, psychological autopsy is extremely useful in schizophrenia illness, a disease associated with a high suicidal prevalence.
