Abstract

From normal infringements of adolescents to perverted initiation, from looking for enjoyment which arises when doing risky acts to build the project of a suicide bomb attack : to infringe is not simple, impulsive behaviour. Infrigement supposes a development based on intrapsychic components and collective aspects, cross between inside and outsides laws and regulations. Infringements are necessary to face moments of identity collapse. Otherwise, infringements are closed to perverse attacks against individual, familial and social aspects of attachment. © L'Esprit du Temps.
