Abstract

Literature review and our observations allow drawing a conclusion that it is harmful for health to work on a computer for a long period of time without making short breaks. Round-the-clock working on a computer may cause some mental disorders. Appropriate individual conditions, regular rest periods with food taking should be in an intensive working day plan of personnel using a computer. All staff, who use intensively computer should be periodically observed by psychiatrists and psychologists to prevent the development of mental disorders.
