Abstract

Usually, no conventional weapons are considered to determine minor injuries compared to classical firearms and very seldom with lethal effects. We present a case of a man who committed suicide using an air riffle, the pellet - "Diabolo", calibre 5,5 - determining a skull fracture and severe cerebral laceration and haemorrhage.
