Abstract

In the present text, our aim is to analyse -within the biographical or autobiographic documents, as well as in scientifical and philosophical writings of Louis Althusser- the extension of erotical conjunction in the release of anxious depressive manic psychosis. From that premise, we emphasize the study of altruist character role relating to maniacal structure in the evolution from delirium of death towards the criminal acting out. To accomplish this, we are going to consider especially the first and last depressive period which means the framework of altruistic homicide act.
