Abstract

Alerts in prisons for external medical emergency teams are common for teams whose ambulances are based close to these establishments. Aim of this paper is to make evident specialities and problems of these tasks. The typical problems are analysed under the aspects of medical situation, legal effects and effects due to the prison itself. Recommendations are made about tactical aspects. The success is dependent from co-operation between medical team and prison stuff.
