Abstract

Dowry deaths are common type of deaths in India All such deaths are investigated by the Sub Divisional Magistrate in addition to Police. Postmortem examination is usually conducted by board of doctors. This article is written to help the doctors as well as the investigators so that more scientific fact finding outlook can be inculcated in them.
