Abstract

This paper presents an unusual case study of the death, at domicile, of a person. This person's injuries located in the cervical region were incurred thanks to a trauma for which the mechanism is unique due to the circumstances of death. A question is then asked: is it a homicide, a suicide or an accident? The answer to this question is discussed in this paper.
