Abstract

The authors report one case of complex suicide, of which establishing the exact circumstances of death (homicide, accident or suicide) and studying the gesture accomplishment (chronology, feasibility by only one person) was difficult for the forensic pathologists. Using the psychological autopsy method, they restore a psychiatric diagnosis for the dead patient and purpose psychopathological hypothesis. They finally stress the necessity of not to be satisfied with an incomplete response to treatment.
