Abstract

From an experience of psychotic patients treatment; patients who present an addition traumatic injuries (following upon an accident or an attempted suicide), the author means to describe first those patients different defensive modes in a such position. Then he explains all the fantasmatic moves in the therapeutic group and his counter-transferencial mode, in which we find: splitting, introjection, idealization, primary identification, omnipotence of reparation, also presentation and representability. It is most important to spot and to integrate those movements and hopefully, an authentic work of integration, first appearing in the group's psyche before being projected out towards the patient.
