Abstract

This paper focuses on cases involving negligence on the part of an administrative agency and concludes by stating that in educating personnel in the basic concepts of road liability law, and by integrating that knowledge in procedures and guidelines for decision making, a road authority can use the body of law as a positive means of making more effective decisions and reducing its potential liabilities.
