Abstract

In order to explore the chemical dust suppression effect of nanofluids, different concentrations of nanofluids were prepared by using " two-step method" including the particle size of about 40 nm of CuO particles, SiO2 nanoparticles and 2 mg / mL of oxidation graphene. The properties of anti-evaporation, moisture absorption and anti-wind erosion were studied experimentally. The results show that the anti-evaporation performance of nanofluids was not obvious, that 10%SiO2- water nano-fluid has a certain dust inhibition efficiency, that there is no significant difference in the moisture absorption rate of nano-fluid between different concentrations, and the rate is generally low, and that the nanofluids have outstanding anti-wind erosion performance, and the higher the wind speed is, the more significant the wind erosion resistance of nanofluids will be. © 2019 China Safety Science Journal.
