Abstract

In order to pursue a holistic approach to national security, this paper aimed to improve the accurate understanding of a holistic view of chemical enterprises security, improve the dual prevention mechanism of hierarchical risk management and hidden danger investigation and management in chemical enterprises, play the role of security precise strike, and improve the safety management level of chemical enterprises. First of all, the higher requirements of national security on safety management of chemical enterprises and the value function of security inspection were explained. Secondly, the similarities and differences between security inspection and security patrol were analyzed. Finally, in view of the severe security production situation of chemical enterprises, a practical path of improving safety management through security inspection guided by the holistic view of national security was proposed. The results show that under the guidance of the holistic view of national security, chemical enterprises should establish a holistic approach to enterprise security, carry out security inspection from a political height, play the role of supervision, guarantee implementation, promote development and improve the level of safety management, ensuring a good development pattern with a good security pattern. © 2022 China Safety Science Journal.
