Abstract

In order to strengthen the construction of a work safety standardization system in scientific research and experiment, the problems in the safety management of current scientific research laboratories were analyzed based on the typical cases of laboratory accidents in recent years. The ″three⁃in⁃one″ scientific research laboratory work safety standardization (Standardization of Scientific Research for short), including the safety risk management and control, accident potential investigation and management, and safety compliance, were discussed and established drawing on the successful experience of domestic coal mines, hazardous chemicals and other industries. The system construction plan, management elements and responsibilities allocation, work safety responsibility system for all employees, hazardous chemicals and other elements were studied. Safety management difficulties such as hazardous chemicals, key equipment and key equipment standard operating procedures were analyzed, and the ideas and practices for the construction of the scientific research standardization system were systematically clarified. The research and practice shows that the construction method of this system was a successful practice of scientific research experiment safety standardization, which was not only in accordance with the current industry safety system management and the characteristics of scientific research experiment safety management, but also provided an important reference and choice for scientific research safety management. © 2023 Zhongguo Zhongyi Yanjiuyuan.
